Tech In 5 has obtained what appear to be leaked slides detailing the forthcoming Lenovo "Windows 8 ThinkPad Tabet 2." Could this be our first look at what Surface and its competition will look like inside? Even though Lenovo goes to pains to compare the Windows 8 ThinkPad Tablet to an iPad, its real competition will be Microsoft Surface. In particular, it's interesting to hear about the tablet's chipset. It packs an Intel Cloverview Dual Core Atom processor. Atom processors are notorious battery killers, but Lenovo seems to think that it can get 10 hours out of the tablet. What else? The new Tiger Shark Soulja Boy Edition is just what you need to puzzle and disgust your friends. Apparently trying to apply his utter rap genius to tablet endorsement, Soulja Boy has lent his name and likeness to the 7-inch Takova Android tab because someone seems to think that might help it sell. That said, at a $599 price point, it's not exactly the best deal on the market, but it does come with an FM radio tuner. If you're a Soulja Boy fan, what more could you possibly ask for? Jul 26, 2012 1:49 PM   Google is now letting you perform searches by just scribbling a few letters on the face of your phone or tablet. Handwrite is a new function on iOS and Android that should help you search for and find stuff more quickly. To use it, you just have to go to google.com on your device, and enable Handwrite in your Search Settings. After that, you can draw a few letters anywhere on the page, and after a moment pause, the text will be dumped into the search bar, with autocomplete options, and the keyboard. Looks really convenient for when you're running around, or know exactly what you're looking for, but don't want to type out a full name. Plus, it's not like mobile keyboards are thaaaat much better than what you'd get with your finger.
