This Insane Nerf Blaster Can Fire Off 144 Darts in Under 30 Seconds [Toys]

Aug 10, 2012 2:20 PM   Billed as the highest capacity Nerf gun ever created, the new N-Strike Elite Hail-Fire Blaster can hold eight eighteen shot clips, putting 144 darts at your disposal between reloads. And with a firing capacity of up to six shots per second, you've just guaranteed yourself office supremacy. Out of the box it disappointingly only comes with enough clips to carry 24 darts, but a Hail-Fire upgrade kit will let you max out the gun's capacity. It will require four AA batteries to run, but that's a small price to pay if it means all you have to do is pull the trigger to drain its coffers. And keen-eyed observers might notice that the Elite Hail-Fire Blaster actually has two triggers on the handle. The second is referred to as the acceleration trigger, which presumably ramps up the firing rate while probably rapidly nuking the batteries. Forty bucks when it hits stores in September. The first installment is a triathlon outfit, including the bike, the wetsuit, and everything else, all for under a thousand bucks. I talked to a host of coaches, trainers, and seasoned triathletes for recommendations, read reviews, then called in and tested a ton of items. First, I ran a sprint triathlon. That was followed by the Olympic-length NYC Triathlon. For both races, I used our chosen gear, and everything I'm recommending performed excellently. Tri Suit: Pearl Izumi SELECT This is your base-layer, and you...
