Do You Feel Trapped by Modern Technology?The NY Times has an interesting trend piece about how big companies—especially Silicon Valley ones—are beginning to institute policies which encourage people to step back from the streams of information coming at them from their various gadgets and focus on what really matters (as far as work goes, at least).

One particularly intriguing quote came from a psychologist researching the matter who said that some of us "not only feel addicted, but trapped." Have we crossed the threshold of being too connected and accessible on a widespread level? To the point that it's giving you anxiety? [NY Times]

c - Android and JNI real time clock -
